FAQ's

What Area do you cover?

We cover a 15mile radius round HG1.  If we are required to do any one off cleans outside of the 15mile radius, there will be a charge for fuel and time. We do have fixed site customers outside of this area and we recruit a specific local team to cover this if it’s a regular job

 

Do you have a minimum charge?

Yes, we have a minimum 2hour charge for all cleans, whether it be residential, commercial, Communal Areas, Air BNB, End of Tenancy, Deep Cleans or Medical Areas

Do you take cash?

No, we take payment via standing order or bank transfer only. An invoice will be sent on the day of the clean

What hours do you cover?

We work from 0830 to 1830 weekdays and if needed, 0900 to 1330 on a Saturday.  However, if we have a regular office or commercial clean that is needed outside these hours, we will be happy to oblige

Do you provide all the cleaning products and equipment?

For residential cleans, we ask the customer to provide these items as they know if there are certain products needed for any of their surfaces and to minimise any cross contamination moving vacuums from place to place.  If we do need to provide equipment, there is an additional charge to cover sanitisation and maintenance

We provide the equipment for communal areas, residential deep cleans, Air BNB’s and the equipment is fully sanitised after each job

 

Do you do anything outside of cleaning?

Do you clean if it’s a Bank Holiday?

Yes, we do clean on a Bank Holiday if it is required.  The only days we do not operate are New Years Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day

Do you hold customers’ keys?

Yes, we hold customers keys and these are kept in the safe until required

Are you insured?

Yes, we are insured and certificates can be checked, upon request

Do your staff get checked?

Yes, we complete references and all staff have a DBS check in place

What happens if I need to cancel my one of my regular cleans?

We require a minimum 72 hours’ notice to avoid any charges. If the cancellation period is less than 72hrs the following fees apply:

 

72 hours’ notice = 0% charge of the full cleaning cost

48 hours’ notice = 25% of the full cleaning cost

24 hours’ notice = 50% of the full cleaning cost

Less than 24 hours’ notice = 100% of the full cleaning cost
